Get More Sleep :

When it comes to fitness goals..we know how important it is to eat right and exercise..BUT what about when it is time to stop & rest? Are you getting enough sleep? Sleep is a key component in allowing your body time to rest and recover from workouts..it also can improve metabolism, improve immune system, and reduce risks of heart disease & diabetes! Sleep is a huge part when it comes to you feeling good and looking good! You need 7-9 hours/night and if you are in training that might not be enough! Not getting enough sleep can increase your cortisol levels which can slow healing down and decrease energy..
