The Motivation Fit My Goals

Some people always say: ''I need to lose some pounds.. I need go to gym..'' (but don't have the motivation!) ''I can't.. I can't !!!''. For losing weight you need; diet, workouts, sleep... but will not be achieved without motivation. Important, when it comes to lose weight and burn fat, we must make the motivation fit my goals.
